Challenges encountered while acquiring online presence of the NGO

1.       The problems I encountered while acquiring an online presence of the NGO.

-          -Reaching clients through social media.

-         - Staying online for social media communication.

Reaching clients through social media.

The organisation I am working with is A Re-Agisaneng Community services, the organisation offers services that mostly are made in a private space. The environment in which the organisation operates in can be referred to as an informal settlement/area, most people we are rendering the services to are those who are underprivileged, they do not have much insight about the social media communication, most of our clients use phones that do not have internet access which prevents them from seeing the social media interaction that we are inviting them to.

Staying online for social media communication.

Social media is a platform that has more attention in these days, though in our community many people do not use social platforms, Many people have become aware of the organisation since I have created the social media pages/online platforms. I have to stay online to check up on who may be interacting with us though social media asking for any of our services, or our funders who may be interacting with us though social media regarding post(s) that we have made.

Marriage enrichment seminar

 Greetings beautiful family....

A re-Agisaneng Community Services has marriage enrichment as one of the services offered in the organization. It has come to our heart as the organization to celebrate marriages as they are one of the environments that are establishing families, and to also embrace marriages so that those who are ready for marriage or intend to get married may have proper marriage counsel and knowledge about marriage.

AACS together with board members hosted a successful marriage seminar, with Pastor Mano and Pastor Maphalla in our mist to share on marriage, married couples and couples preparing for marriage. We love you and honor your presence in the service, even those invited who could not make it as a result of heavy rains, we sincerely appreciate your efforts and hope that in the next seminar you will be able to come.
